Eight miles from Florence, stone walls guard centuries of history.
A thousand olive trees watch over forty acres where privacy feels endless.
Here, time stretches out in the space between the rows, where six bedrooms become a single table, celebrations breathe without counting guests, and being together matters more than arriving.
We think about your stay before you do. Restaurants reserved in the places you’ll love. Winery visits at the perfect moment. Days arranged so nothing rushes, nothing overlaps.
You are here to reconnect, and we make sure nothing distracts you.
This is where our family preserves the space for yours.

Where the forest meets the coast, far from the crowds. Your apartment opens onto its own garden, its own quiet. Mornings arrive slowly in air scented with pine. Our villa sits just above—breakfast waits for you there, or we bring it down with warm bread and honey if the day begins gently. The thermal pools are five minutes through the trees. The beach, fifteen minutes down the hill.
In between, days unfold—morning swims, wine in Bolgheri in the afternoon, evenings at the trattoria where they know our names. We take you to the cove that stays quiet, to the winery our families have known for years, to the path locals use to reach the warmest spring.
Not as guides. As neighbors, happy you are here.
This is where we share the coast we call home.

The city’s pulse slows at your threshold.
Beyond the shutters, Florence beats with Renaissance domes, echoes of stone streets, centuries compressed into footsteps. And yet here, in rooms where light moves across terracotta like memory, you find pause.
We live five minutes away. The bakery that opens at dawn, the trattoria that keeps the corner table for us, the passage through San Frediano tourists never find. These are the things we share. Not a map, but a life.
The city waits for you, not the other way around.
This is Florence as we know it: intimate, unhurried, yours.
